Delete your account

You can delete your Craves account and everything attached to it at any time. There are two ways.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Craves and go to Settings.
2. Tap Account, then Delete account.
3. Type DELETE to confirm.

You are signed out everywhere immediately.

By email

If you no longer have the app, email privacy@craves.studio from the email address on your Craves account with the subject line “Delete my Craves account”. We may reply to confirm it is really you. We act on the request within 7 days and confirm by email when it is done.

A signed-in deletion flow on this page is planned; until then, email is the web path.

What gets deleted

• Your account, login and profile, including your taste profile and dietary preferences
• Your recommendation history, logged visits, photos and reactions
• Your friend connections and group memberships
• Your push notification token and device records

Sign in with Apple and Google sign-in tokens are revoked. Deletion completes within 30 days, including removal from backups. Friends will no longer see your posts. Aggregate statistics that cannot identify you (for example, how many people accepted a recommendation on a given day) are kept.

Deleting only some data

You can delete individual visits from your history in the app, remove dietary or allergy information under Settings → Privacy, and export a copy of your data under Settings → Privacy → Export my data before deleting your account.
